Service Agreements

Service Agreements

All of our services require a signed service agreement. Once you make an appointment, you will be sent an electronic version of the appropriate agreement which you can review and sign electronically online. We must receive the agreement prior to performing the service. Appointments for which we have not received a signed agreement prior to the appointment time are subject to cancellation.
