Home Inspector Pacific Beach

Looking for a Home Inspector Pacific Beach?

The Real Estate Inspection Company has inspected many of the houses, condos and duplexes in “P.B.” This neighborhood’s development really began during the region’s boom time of 1886. Back then empty lots could be purchased for a few hundred dollars. Today, homes and condos can be priced into the millions. As inspectors, we are familiar with the houses here. Some are very old and were likely weekend bungalows for the wealthy. They are still around and many are in – well – original condition. The majority of the houses here were built in the 1950’s and 1960’s. If the house you are interested in was built back then, be sure to read our white paper on “What to Expect When Buying A House Built In The 1950’s and 1960’sHome inspector Pacific Beach“.

P.B. is a great vacation spot and during the hottest days of summer, you may see a lot of Arizona license plates. They rent places a week at a time to escape the Arizona heat. And on just about any weekend, parking is at a premium with people from all over San Diego descending on this fun town.

We offer the highest level evaluation of your home. Our home inspectors inspect homes using state-of-the-art testing equipment and reporting software. Please check out the sample report and read about the equipment we use.

Information about Pacific Beach

Pacific Beach is one of the oldest neighborhoods in San Diego. It covers a beautiful stretch of beach between La Jolla and Mission Beach. To be more exact, it starts at Tourmaline Street at the north end and continues down to Pacific Beach Drive at the South end. Pacific Beach has become one of the night-life centers of San Diego, with many eateries, bars, and pubs. Pacific Beach is a popular neighborhood for college students but has become more affluent over the years with many professionals choosing this as their home. P.B. has unique street names. The streets that travel north and south were named alphabetically after federal officials from the late 1800’s. The east-west streets are named after mostly precious and semi-precious stones, also in alphabetical order.
