Philip Smith is a home inspector with certifications from InterNACHI, CREIA, and IAC2. Having a passion for inspecting homes, I joined The Real Estate Inspection Company after owning and operating an inspection business for 15 years. I have been a Certified Home Inspector since 2004 and have inspected well over 4,000 properties in San Diego, Orange and Los Angeles Counties.
During my career, I have proven myself an ethical and customer-oriented professional, conducting thorough inspections and providing detailed reports to help buyers, sellers, and their agents to make informed decisions. Integrity, professionalism, and deep knowledge are what agents and clients can expect from me. I am dedicated to protecting the interests of my clients! I enjoy being able to use my knowledge and experience to accomplish this.
Living in San Diego for 26 years, I enjoy being outdoors as much as possible, spending time with my family, snowboarding, hiking, camping, going to the beach and riding motorcycles.
I will carry on The Real Estate Inspection Company’s mission to inspect every home as if it were our own while providing the best customer service possible.
Centrally located, I cover most of San Diego County.

My office is located in Central San Diego County. We perform home inspections throughout San Diego County, South Orange County, and the Temecula area. We have North County inspectors in Valley Center, Vista, San Marcos, Rancho Santa Fe, North Coastal Cities, Oceanside, Ramona, San Diego, Chula Vista, Temecula and everywhere in between!
