Brian Pennington is a certified InterNACHI inspector. His diverse background in construction paved the way to making him a well-rounded home inspector. His experience includes owning a drywall business, working for prominent Southern California home builders in their home warranty service and water intrusion departments and owning a kitchen and bath design company. Both parents were in real estate sales and this helped give him an understanding of the importance of an accurate inspection along with the need for exceptional service. He and his wife of over 20 years have 2 children and they all enjoy spending time at the Southland’s many beautiful beaches.
