The Real Estate Inspection Company is looking to grow by adding a part-time team member to help us grow the company by scheduling inspections on weekends, and some weekdays, for our team of home inspectors and sewer scope technicians in San Diego, Riverside, and Orange Counties. This is a great opportunity that can be a career for the right person. It is an offer for employment, NOT a 1099 position.

We provide high-end home inspections that are created using software onsite. Candidates should have experience/knowledge of the home inspection industry and houses ranging from old to very high-end houses. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional with excellent work and interpersonal skills, computer skills, and a desire to deliver excellence every day.

An Inside Sales member is the first person our client’s come in contact with to get more information about our company, quotes, or to schedule a service. Our Inside Sales team always needs to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward our customers at all times.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*Answering the phones

*Email Correspondence

*Scheduling our Services

*Ability to educate clients about our services

*Ability to sell services and present additional services

*Quality Control

*Communication with our inspectors, team members, real estate agents, and supervisor

*Keeps record of client requests and concerns

*Processes payments and refunds

The qualified candidate for this position MUST:

  • Be able to work weekends

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Graduate
  • Excellent English grammar (bilingual a plus)
  • Sales and or customer service experience
  • Experience with scheduling software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • Very good computer skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ability to be a quick thinker, research and troubleshoot
  • Ability to meet required goals
