Meet Devin White

I am originally from Murrieta and moved to San Diego to further my education at San Diego State University (Go Aztecs!). My professional journey began with real estate investment, which is where I learned about the field of home inspections. From there, I worked my way through extensive coursework and passed The National Home Inspector Exam. I then graduated from the American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) School and have been a member of The California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) and The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

I enjoy performing inspections because I love solving problems & helping educate clients about their home.

Credibility: You can rest assured that, not only am I twice accredited in the state of California, but I will be able to handle relations with the other agents or contractors as I have worked closely with these professionals for the past 5 years. 3. Clear Communication: With over 10 + years of customer service experience, I will make sure there is clear and consistent communication with you from beginning to end.

When I’m not inspecting homes, you can find me behind the lens of one of my Canon cameras, exploring new places (I’ve been to 20+ countries), camping, and building custom furniture and decor pieces, or spending time with my friends, wife & dog! I can’t wait to see what the future holds, not only for myself, but my new TREIC family.
