Occasionally a basic seller or home buyer inspection just isn’t enough. We do offer additional services such as pool inspections, sewer scopes, mold testing, and more. Packages or package upgrades must be ordered prior to the inspection date so that we can schedule properly. Sewer scope inspections ordered on the day of the inspection or after will be billed at the non-bundled price.
