Meet Matthew Fisher

I was raised by a “do it yourselfer” and my family in the cabinet and construction business. I was always fascinated by the tools, the process of the build, and the detail of the craftsmanship. I have been in construction for 25 years from new construction, remodeling, custom bathrooms, and kitchens. For the past 8 years, I have successfully run my own business. I am still a licensed and bonded general B contractor. Construction can be hard on the body, and I found an opportunity with a wonderful company that I couldn’t pass up. Now, instead of being the contractor that fixes the list from the inspector, I get to just inspect the homes. As an inspector, I have over 200 hours of InterNACHI classes and over 20 Inspector Certifications.

I love inspecting, educating clients on how their home was built and how it functions. It’s literally fun to look at/ inspect different types and styles of homes. Do what you love to do, and you’ll never work a day in your life.

In my free time, my wife & I and enjoy some sports Smitty our GSP, enjoy running, hiking trails, downhill mountain biking, Carlsbad beach camping, surfing Carlsbad at Warm Water, snowboarding at Big Bear, off-roading in Ocotillo, and vacationing in Hawaii.
