Looking for a Home Inspector Valley Center?
The Real Estate Inspection Company performs property inspections in Valley Center and surrounding areas. The “backcountry” is where we do a large portion of our inspections. This includes the areas north of Escondido, and east through Temecula Valley. If you haven’t been to Valley Center lately, you will be surprised at the development that has occurred. In addition to horse properties and orange groves, you will find beautiful planned communities and golf courses.
Valley Center was long considered a rural town. But many large fruit orchards have given way to residential development. Most of the parcels must be a minimum of 2 acres, with some exceptions. This has allowed those people with the need for elbow room to build big houses on big lots. The community has turned into more of a bedroom community which is a suburb of San Diego.
Some changes in the community are attributable to the casinos in the area. Due to the increased traffic and workers, many highway improvements have been accomplished, paid in part by the casinos. This has eased access to the once rural town. The Valley Center High School is state of the art. However, there are still no “chain” stores in Valley Center. Residents shop at mom-and-pop stores or drive to Escondido for most of their shopping.
If you are looking for a home in Valley Center, you need an experienced home inspector with deep experience in the area.
