Twenty years ago, The Real Estate Inspection Company was born out of a personal experience and a vision for better home inspections. In 2003, after receiving a disappointing five-page, barely legible inspection report for my own home, I knew there had to be a better way. Leaving my tech job, I embarked on a mission to revolutionize the inspection industry. Never did I imagine that our company would grow to become the largest property inspection company in San Diego, expanding our services to Riverside and Orange County.
Our remarkable journey would not have been possible without the unwavering support of an exceptional leadership team and my wife, Tonja, who joined the company in 2006. Tonja has been the heart and soul of our growth, nurturing our leaders to form the best team in the inspection industry. Over the past seven years, we have proudly coached numerous home inspection companies across the United States.
Our commitment to innovation has kept us at the forefront of the industry. From pioneering online scheduling to incorporating Infrared Thermal Imaging with every inspection, we have consistently embraced advancements that were once groundbreaking and are now industry standards.
As we step into our third decade, we offer a wide range of services, including commercial inspections, mold testing, deck and balcony inspections, pool inspections, defensible space evaluations, and termite control through our acquisition of Bite Away Termite and Pest Control, Inc.
